Early Bird Smoothie

How is it possible that each one of my favorite things, packed into one smoothie, would taste so delicious?!


Ingredients:



  • 1 frozen banana 
  • 1 cup of soy milk
  • 1 tbs instant coffee
  • 1 spoonful of peanut butter
  • 1 tbs of cocoa
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 handful of ice cubes

I love that you can throw spinach in just about anything and it doesn't change the flavor. Plus, your'e also getting a serving of vegetables. This smoothie is super filling and will definitely hold you over until lunch.
